In addition to the bootcamp classes, VO2MAX offers information sessions on healthy eating and vitamins, how to deal with stress, and fun challenges like "The Biggest Loser", Bootcamp Fitness Test and Endurance Run, and our VO2 Power MAX Challenge.

Tanya Bange is the owner and head instructor of VO2MAX BOOTCAMP.
Tanya has been an ACE certified fitness professional involved in the fitness industry for 26 years. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Tanya spent six years working in the medical community followed by thirteen years creating, providing and instruction high quality, tailored fitness programs to individuals and corporations throughout Westchester County. She's been an instructor in several of Westchester's top gyms. Due to a loyal following among her students, Tanya opened VO2MAX BOOTCAMP in 2009, offering group or 1-on-1 personal training classes.
Tanya has a background teaching bootcamp, step, kick boxing, sports circuit, Bosu, total body conditioning, Jillian Michaels Body Shred, core conditioning, and spinning.
