VO2MAX BOOTCAMP is always looking for ways to keep our classes fresh and fun. Our basic format is Bootcamp – classes that mix traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.  But, there is more than one way to get that high intensity workout, so we incorporate other formats to keep class challenging and fun.
Below are descriptions of the different formats we incorporate. The number of *’s after the format lets you know the level of intensity/difficulty (*low, **moderate, ***high).
All of our classes incorporate some amount of high levels of intensity, but every move we do can be modified to suit ones personal needs, while still providing a challenging workout.
TTB – Tabata Total Body  **
Designed to target all muscle groups this class incorporates a variety of equipment such as weights, balls, bands, etc. to strengthen every muscle. High intensity  Tabata is mixed with lower intensity targeted muscle and balance moves.
                                    
KB – Kickboxing **
High energy, cardio, total body workout using your own body and/or weights to punch and kick your way through a great workout.
 
KT – Kick & Tone/Drenched **
Our high energy kickboxing combined with Drenched and segments of strength training movements.
PM – Power Max ***
High intensity, interval segments mixed with weighted exercises.  Your power, pushed to the max!
 
BOX - Boxing **
Focuses on boxing technique and stamina using padded gloves and pads.
Also incorporates intervals of high intensity and weights for a whole body workout.

HIIT - HIIT Circuit ***
High intensity Interval Training segments
mixed with a circuit station class to hit different muscle groups.  Hit every heart rate zone in this tough but fun circuit class.

J&T - Jump and Thump **
Jump rope and drum your way into using all the muscles in your upper and lower body with this fast paced fun class.
